Based in the Birmingham Support Office, you will be a cornerstone of the central HR team, offering support to the wider business. Job Title: UK Employee Relations Manager

Location: Birmingham, West Midlands

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, core hours) with flexibility based on travel to sites as and when required.

Reporting To: Head of HR

Personal Specification:

  • A seasoned ER professional with substantial experience, ideally within a large, fast-paced organisation.
  • A deep understanding of UK employment law, coupled with the ability to effectively manage a diverse caseload.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, enabling effective collaboration and influence across all levels of the organisation.
