Accounts Administrator

If so,  Look no further  We are seeking an Accounts Administrator to join one of Baths leading companies. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain accounting experience with scope for future progression. The successful candidate may also receive support for personal learning and development, including fully funded AAT studies.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Process accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy in verifying invoices, coding expenses, and preparing payments.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies to maintain financial integrity.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and assist with month-end closing procedures.
  • Prepare financial reports and analysis as required, contributing to the overall financial health of the organisation.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the accounting team, ensuring smooth operational flow.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all financial transactions.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for team collaboration and vendor relations.
  • A solid understanding of accounts payable processes and a keen interest in further developing accounting skills.
