About the role:

Fruition IT are currently recruiting for a Mid-Level UX Researcher / User Researcher to join a highly reputable tech first organisation for an initial 12-month engagement. The role requires someone with a background in change/transformation programmes to help plan, design and prepare user research activities to support the design, development and continuous improvement of complex services for all users - public, provider, stakeholder and staff. You will play a key role in an ongoing programme that is shaping the future of the organisation.



Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a User Researcher or UX Researcher.
  • Working on customer/user facing web channels.
  • Agile ways of working.
  • Experience of dealing with senior stakeholders.
  • Advocate for user research.
  • Helping teams adopt user-centred service design.
  • Excellent oral and published written communication skills.
