**Who you’ll work with**:
We’re looking for a UX Researcher to join our Product Design team, focussing in our Sky Bet product. We design, develop, test and maintain all of Sky Bet’s digital assets. We also run ITV7, Super 6 and the Fantasy Football league for Sky Sports.

As well as being part of the research team, you’ll work as part of our UX Design team, getting involved in stand ups, design meetings and work shares. **Your role in ‘better’**:

- You’ll design, set up, implement and report on a diverse mix of research projecs.
- You’ll collaborate across different product squads, embedding user testing and wider research approaches into their work. You’ll help to empower our teams to feel confident in research outcomes.
- You’ll be part of a growing and increasingly visible UX Research team, and you’ll be a key player in helping to support this growth. You’ll drive innovation in methodologies and technology. You’ll also contribute to the continuous learning of the team; actively knowledge sharing with one another to ensure that the team are at the top of their game
- You’ll be the voice of our customer. You’ll advocate for the needs of our customers in all interactions, helping to ensure that product improvements will add tangible and measurable value to them.

**How you’ll create ‘better’**:

- You’ll be an experienced Researcher, with a sound knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research approaches. You’ll have experience in designing and facilitating workshops, both to help design research approaches and to deliver research insights.
- You’ll be an adept communication, relationship builder and collaborator. You’ll have the ability to put people at ease, be inquisitive, and create positive working relationships.
- You’ll be comfortable with interpreting and bringing together multiple sources of data from primary and secondary sources. You have experience in the interpretation of useability data such as heat mapping, click tests, observation, card sorting. You have experience in qualitative moderation.
