About the Role


As a Junior UX Designer, you will support the design team in creating user-friendly and engaging digital experiences. Working closely with senior designers, you will assist in conducting user research, developing wireframes and prototypes, and refining design concepts. This role is perfect for a creative and enthusiastic individual looking to grow their career in UX design within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.


What You'll be doing:


  • Assist in conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes under the guidance of senior designers.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the feasibility and seamless implementation of designs.
  • Participate in design reviews and contribute to brainstorming sessions to generate creative solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to relevant accessibility standards and guidelines.
  • Support the design team in maintaining consistency and quality across all projects.


What You Have:


  • A portfolio showcasing a range of user-centered design projects.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Basic understanding of user research methodologies and experience conducting user research.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Degree in Design, Interaction Design, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
