An Service Desk Manager is required on a permanent basis for a Housing Association based in Staffordshire. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the IT service desk making sure key SLAs are met and you’ll be part of creating a positive user experience for users.

This is a great opportunity for someone to lead a team whilst for a company that makes a positive impact on it’s local community with no-call.


Role: IT Service Desk Manager

Salary: £42,000

Benefits: 25 days annual leave which rises to 30, no-call, no annual leave taken off over Christmas

Location: Staffordshire and occasional travel to Shrewsbury. 4 days on site


Essential skills:

  • Experience leading a service desk team
  • Worked to ITIL processes
  • Experience meeting SLAs
  • Managing a 1st line support team
