Purpose of the role


As a Talent Acquisition Manager based in Manchester, you will support NPG's strategic objectives by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent. Reporting directly to X, you will collaborate on our recruitment strategy, ensuring it aligns with organisational goals and culture. Leveraging your expertise in candidate sourcing and assessment, you will help build a diverse and high-performing team to drive our company forward. Your contributions will be instrumental in our growth and success within a competitive market.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including online platforms such as LinkedIn, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate pipelines using our recruitment system.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and universities, to support our talent acquisition efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment processes.


Requirements


  • Certification in recruitment (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) is highly advantageous.
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition or similar roles, preferably in the property industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (desirable).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in recruitment techniques, including strategy, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organisational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, software and online platforms for candidate sourcing and tracking.
