Area Sales Manager, £37,000 + Bonus (OTE £50,000)

One of the UK’s largest off-grid energy distributors is looking for an Area Sales Manager to join them on their journey.
The business is at the forefront of energy transition, and has developed a prominent track record in converting customers from higher emission fuels to lower carbon and cleaner solutions. 30 years of experience combined with excellent and innovative engineering capability has seen their market share skyrocket to 30% in the UK With a commitment to supply customers with 100% renewable solutions by 2040, it’s easy to see how they’ve carved such a strong presence in the market, and their focus on sustainability has seen them awarded the carbon trust standard.
As their Area Sales Manager you will play a key role in both winning and developing regional accounts, gaining new cylinder business, covering the Midlands area, including Birmingham, Coventry Derbyshire, Leicester, Nottingham.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business while also focusing on the retention/renewal of existing accounts.
- Sell to end users in the commercial sector.
- Achieve set KPIs/Sales targets.
- Maximise volume/margin growth for specific depots.
- Develop business plans for your area, including sale strategy.
What experience do you need?
- Strong sales experience.
- Proven ability to uncover new business.
- Experience within solution based selling.
- Strong stakeholder management experience.
