Job Title: Head of Sales

Salary: £90,000 basic plus car

Location: North of England (with travel to York)


We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Head of Sales to lead our client and drive their growth within bespoke cleanroom solutions. This role is ideal for an accomplished Sales Manager ready to step up and take on global projects, leading a team of Sales Managers and a Senior Account Manager.

Requirements to be a Head of Sales:

  • Extensive experience in a Sales Manager or senior sales role, preferably in construction, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to York and across the North of England, with some global travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities of the Head of Sales:

  • Lead a team of 2 Sales Managers and a Senior Account Manager, setting and achieving ambitious sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for major build projects, focusing on growth in both domestic and international markets.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Oversee the sales process for large-scale cleanroom projects, from initial client engagement to project completion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless and innovative solutions to clients.
