Job Title: Head of Sales EMEA (French or Spanish Speaker)

**Job Overview**:
As the Head of Sales EMEA, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the region. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our overall business goals. You will lead a team of sales professionals across the EMEA region and will be responsible for their development and success.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business goals and objectives.
Lead a team of sales professionals across EMEA, providing guidance, coaching, and training to drive performance and achieve targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective lead generation campaigns and collateral to support the sales team.
Collaborate with the product development team to identify new market opportunities and ensure the product roadmap meets the needs of the EMEA market.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the commercial property management software market, trends, and competitive landscape in the EMEA region.
Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in driving growth in a complex B2B sales environment, preferably in the commercial property management software industry.
Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading teams across multiple geographies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in French or Spanish and English.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the EMEA region.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong understanding of the commercial property management software industry, trends, and competitive landscape in the EMEA region.
Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment is a plus.
