An exciting opportunity has become available for a energetic and ambitious Production Administrator to join our client’s internal business support team.

The role will be reporting to the Operations Director, with the main purpose being to convert client approved designs into production instructions using SAGE 50 software.

The ideal applicant will have experience of working within an administration setting, ideally within an SME.

This is a full time office based role, with no scope for hybrid or remote working.

ROLE:

  • Converting client approved designs into production instructions using SAGE 50.
  • Produce component pick lists.
  • Monitor stock inventories.
  • Manage some specific component inventories and liaison with the supply chain and the in-house procurement lead.
  • Produce works/manufacturing instructions.
  • Plan manufacturing to suit client requirements.
  • Produce customer invoices.
  • Organize logistic movement of outbound shipments.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experienced with using Sage 50 is essential
  • Versatile across all Microsoft 365 product apps
  • Exceptional administration and communication skills both written and verbally
  • Possesses the confidence and capability to engage with people at all levels
  • Excellent organisational and time management capability

Monday to Friday - 9:00am - 5:30pm

Permanent Full Time.

Parking available.
