Production Administrator

To be a motivated and effective part of the Production team, contributing to the production of air curtains to consistent and high-quality standard to meet the production schedule.

**Key kills / Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain administrative tasks in a warehouse setting
- Stock Control and Stock counting including some purchasing duties
- Preparation of work in progress items ready for scheduled production tasks
- Accepting and checking deliveries and booking these onto the MRP system. Ensuring all items are stored correctly and safety once checked ready for the scheduled work.
- Some general assembly tasks depending on work load.
- Assisting with general assembly especially when delivery schedule requires
- Packing of product ready for dispatch
- To support and maintain company standards including Health & Safety and ISO 9001 / 14001.
- To maintain a high level of housekeeping at all times
- May be requested to work in other areas of the facility during busy / quiet periods.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an factory Environment administrative role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

A current forklift license would be advantageous to carryout this role but not essential.

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.50 per hour
