Job Title: Production Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Administrator to join our team at Gemaco Group.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire job ordering process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and invoices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating job bags with associated documents
  • Liaising with internal teams and suppliers
  • Progressing and taking responsibility of jobs in production
  • Arranging delivery details and associated paperwork
  • Checking product visuals for sign off
  • Problem-solving
  • Preparing invoice instructions
  • Sending order surveys
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of administration experience
  • An appetite to learn and progress further
  • A good team player with personality, empathy, and exceptional organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to develop and maintain supplier and colleague relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A positive and enthusiastic approach to work
  • Ability to multitask under pressure
