Trainee Hire Account Coordinator – Events Industry
Niclen UK is an event equipment dry hire service providing lighting, audio, rigging and video to professional users.

About the Role:
This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple customers at a time. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to hire accounts that haven't been in contact in the last 6 months and helping to build a sub-hire network for regularly hired equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Reach out to hire accounts that haven't been in contact in the last 6 months
• Help build a sub-hire network for regularly hired equipment
• Ability to comply with the company's policies and codes of conduct
• Computer literate
• Willingness to travel and occasionally work unsocial hours
• Full UK driving licence (Ideally)
• Experience of using a CRM software/inventory booking system

What We Offer:
• Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm
• Plus workplace pension

Terms and Conditions:
This is a permanent full-time post. The offer is subject to a probation period of 6 months and a successful DBS check. Holiday entitlement for full-time employees is 22 days per annum plus bank holidays.
