Account Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Reed. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients across various niche markets, including Clinical, Transactional Billing, Training, and Events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Briefing Operation Managers to ensure each project is produced to the highest quality.
  • Consulting with suppliers for Outwork and developing relationships to support accurate Purchase Order management.
  • Confirming delivery dates with clients and coordinating with the Despatch team and courier partners for worldwide distribution.
  • Preparing jobs for accurate billing to customers on a weekly basis where applicable.
  • Collaborating with team members, supporting their workload, and covering holidays as needed.
  • Upselling services to grow existing business.
  • Assisting other departments with monthly housekeeping requirements.
  • Logging Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) on our MIS system for management review and corrective action.
  • Flexibility to conduct ad hoc tasks as requested by the management team.
Requirements:
  • Experience in the Print sector, with a background in Digital and Litho print.
  • Highly organized with good planning and organizational skills.
  • Intermediate IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Good critical thinking skills and the ability to make sound commercial decisions.
