Are you an experienced HRIS administrator looking to take the next step in your career Were offering an exciting opportunity to join our global human resources systems team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with both systems administration and data solving problems and developing analytics across a global organisation.About the RoleAs Global HR Systems Analyst youll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR systems. You will help maintain data accuracy ensure compliance and develop meaningful analytics that support decision-making across Turner & Townsend.Key ResponsibilitiesResolve HR systems issues and answer queries working closely with colleagues vendors and internal IT teams.Maintain data integrity security and SOX compliance controls.Analyse HR data and produce management information identifying trends offering insights and making recommendations.Create user-friendly guidance and training materials to support system users.Lead on data quality initiatives and support testing for new and updated system features.Manage the HR systems admin mailbox ensuring timely and accurate responses.Continuously look for ways to improve data collection reporting and system processes.Why work for usWere a collaborative friendly team with a genuine passion for data and the value it brings to people and processes. You will be joining an inclusive and encouraging environment where you will receive support to grow and thrive and where your contributions will be truly valued.Qualifications : What Were Looking ForExperience in HRIS system administration (experience with iTrent is a plus but not essential).Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially in Outlook and Teams) and using Excel to manipulate large datasets.Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a collaborative mindset.Analytical skills to interpret data and present findings clearly and effectively.Additional Information : Our people share our Purpose and Values.
