Job DescriptionOperations Support ManagerFull TimeDerby/Hybrid With frequent travel both domestically and internationally (80% of the time)What you will be doingAn exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Aerospace Procurement Operations Support team as an Operations Support Manager to resolve critical issues and mitigate risk in our Supply Chain. Using your creative approach you will establish sustainable long term supply chains by improving Quality Cost & Delivery providing a competitive edge for Rolls-Royce our customers and suppliers.Responsibilities:As an Operations Support Manager you will support engagements with the supply chain from the initial analytics week through the engagement to exit and handover back to the Supplier Management Team. You will drive the identification development and implementation of these robust supply chain processes and tools to prevent future risks of failure.Reporting to the Head of Operations Support you will take responsibility for driving performance with supply chain.
