**National Field Service Manager**

Looking for an experienced manager of a Field Service Engineering team that provide UK wide coverage.

This role it be responsible for managing the delivery of Field Service and Installations projects for mostly retailers on their IT and EPOS equipment in the stores.

You will be responsible for managing a team of 100+ Field Engineers, across the UK and Ireland, through the team of regional Area Managers.

This role is mainly oversight, driving improvements, strategic, dealing with: recruitment, retention, training, compliance, maintaining SLA's, being client escalation point, mentor and support for the Area Managers, responsible for costs and efficiencies,H&S, improving policies and procedures etc.

This position can be offered as a home based role.

The head office is based in Derby, regular meetings in the office will be required.
You must be flexible to travel to the office and UK wide when required (occasional overnight stays).

Applicants should have come from a similar scale UK wide Field Service Management position and must have a drivers licence.
