WORK IN THE OFFICE ROLE ; Mon – Fri ; 8am – 4pmWeekend Cover; from home ; Working every 3rd weekend ; 8.00am - 12.00am - paid double timeOur client, a market leader within its industry, are recruiting for an organized and confident.Customer Services Administrator to work in their busy Client Services Dept based in their Head Office in Thamesmead / Erith area.RoleYou will be working on a busy client services desk, liaising with all their clients (UK wide) in relation to stock requirements and products being delivered on time.Duties;Managing client accounts - UK basedReceiving calls from clients to discuss stock and products requests.Liaising with delivery teams to confirm delivery times.Advising clients of any changes to their expected deliveriesUpdating systems for all internal and external contacts to be aware of any changes to stock levels, , promotional material requests, marketing information despatch issues etc etcLiaising with carriers to deal with any changes to deadlines etcTracking deliveries on systemAdministration duties will also be a large part of the roleEscalating any issues to Team Leader/ManagerUpdate and maintain Excel SpreadsheetsEntering and updating the Database and managing the processExperience and Skills RequiredProven experience in a similar role; Customer Service, Client services, Sales Administrator, Sales order processor, Account ManagerExcellent all-round communication skillsknowledge of MS Excel as well as all other MS packagesAble to work to deadlinesAbility to work as a teamConfident and accountable decision makerCan work to ever changing deadlinesMulti taskerIf you have the necessary skills and can start immediately then please call Claire Power to find out more and send your CV asap
