The Client:
VWA are recruiting for a highly successful and leading Private Equity firm in the heart of Mayfair. They are looking for an Office Assistant with additional ad hoc EA responsibilities.
The London office operates a close-knit team with a refreshingly collaborative, cohesive and inclusive environment.
The Role
You will be based on a busy client facing reception desk and very much the go-to person in the office. Cultural lynchpin, team player, no job is too big or too small and love building authentic and professional relationships.
The core Office Assistant duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors
- Manage meeting rooms, including preparing coffee and setting up conference calls
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Schedule and organize meetings
- Keep the reception area and conference rooms tidy and organized
- Handle deliveries efficiently
- Manage invoices
- Ad hoc EA responsibilities (20% of your role)
The Successful Office Assistant will have:
- Proactive nature with a high level of service orientation
- Team-orientated with the ability to adapt when needed
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Have receptionist experience, with demonstrable experience in a similar role
- Previous experience of diary management
- Have strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
