Growth Marketing Manager (Contract Position)

Location: Remote

Reports To: Co-Founders, primarily Chief Product Officer

Products: 

Odyssey AI LaunchPad, Odyssey AI APIs, Odyssey AI Platform. InteliGems Labs’ offerings include self-serve, private information discovery applications, bespoke customization of domain specific language models for use cases and an AI accelerator program. 


Odyssey AITM Platform enables enterprises to deploy proprietary AI applications, AI reasoning, AI agent teams and domain-specific language models in just 6 weeks using our customizable platform. Our AI platform offers powerful compression (InteliCompressTM), results-retrieval, fact-checking, rich metadata and visualization capabilities. The platform cuts computing costs by up to 30% compared to traditional language models.


Versational® is a Speech AI, GenAI & productivity application using recordings to uncover actionable insights, issues and tasks after every interaction. GenAI enables users to chat with recordings, problem-solve, generate follow-up emails and meeting notes. Integrations are available. Versational is in the crowded AI meeting space for Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet.


Role Summary: The Growth Marketing Manager is hands on running our product marketing initiatives for Odyssey AI™. This role requires a basic understanding of AI language models and speech technology used in recorded meetings. This person should be very familiar with SaaS business models, and channel marketing with marketplaces, influencers and consultants in channels (HubSpot, Notion, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, AWS).

Skills:

1.       B2B growth marketing and hacking

2.       Technical B2B solution marketing

3.       Branding, marketing strategies and value prop messaging for ideal customer profiles

4.       Campaign management (running email campaign, list management, A/B tests)

5.       Growth (Medium articles, website blogging, LinkedIn posts, group posts, Discord)

6.       Google Analytics (GA4). Ability to setup UTMs, funnels and conversion for optimizing campaigns, including measuring the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, from website traffic analysis to product performance metrics.

7.       Campaign management tools (Convertkit, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho CRM or HubSpot)

8.       Content writing: Website, social media, posting and Medium content writing with SEO in mind (SEO is outsourced currently)

9.       Ability to use AI video software for posting, emails, website video content (plus) and help center

Key Responsibilities:

1.       Content calendar and editorial planning*: Create and write content. Use of generative AI and SEO tools to optimize articles, white papers, case studies, blog posts, LinkedIn postings, marketplace content updates. Manage subscriber lists.

2.       Growth Hacking:  Develop and execute growth strategies for Odyssey, leveraging B2B channels.

3.       Community Engagement*: Manage Discord and developer communities*

4.       Campaigns: Oversee GTM campaigns, A/B testing, and lead nurturing (emails, calls, text, channels). Campaigns include new product releases, and demand generation initiatives. Running of campaigns is performed by a full-time sales operations manager.

5.       Digital Marketing: Optimizing landing pages, A/B testing different elements of a campaign, and enhancing the user experience to convert more leads into customers. MQL and SQL lead nurturing. Manage social promotion for affiliate partnerships, referral programs and marketing influencers.

6.       Customer Acquisition: Implement SEO, social media, and email marketing strategies, inbound growth.

7.       Conversion Optimization: Enhance conversion rates across the marketing funnel.

8.       Retention Strategies: Develop loyalty programs, referrals campaigns, nudge emails to convert from free to paid, and other initiatives to increase customer retention and lifetime value.

9.       Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors for video, graphics, and SEO.

10. Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs in company dashboard, including revenue growth, win/loss analysis, TCO, LTV, churn, and customer acquisition.

11. Sales Collaboration: Provide qualified leads to SDRs for follow up and incorporate customer and prospect feedback into marketing.

Qualifications:

1.       Education: Degree in digital marketing or related field, software engineering background a plus.

2.       Experience: 5+ years in SaaS product marketing and/or growth hacking and/or digital marketing.

3.       Analytics: GA4 proficiency, experience with other platforms.

4.       Proven Track Record: Successful marketing campaigns, social media, and channel marketing.

5.       Technical Understanding (Bonus): Strong grasp of AI (NLP, Generative AI, machine learning models), with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling marketing narratives.

6.       Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication in English. Demonstrated social media presence and experience. Writing content for website, blogs and social media presence.

7.       Customer Focus: Detail-oriented, self-starter, team player, and global thinker.

8.       Proficiency: Marketing automation tools, enterprise tech marketing.


 

Bonus Qualifications:

1.       Prior technical writing experience in AI, generative AI, language models and speech NLP. This technical foundation will be crucial in understanding our products, articulating their benefits and crafting marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Note: articles, white papers, and case studies that address the pain points and challenges of technical users.

2.       Discord and developer community engagement: this function will be started then eventually managed by another full-time technical position (APIs, Playground)

3.       Product Marketing: Work with the product team to develop customer target ICPs, customer journey maps and user flow to improve customer acquisition and retention experience.

4.       Channel Marketing: Work with channels such as AWS marketplace, HubSpot, Microsoft, solution consultants and others to support GTM product marketing needs.

5.       Public relations and influencer marketing

6.       SEO or keyword research

7.       Paid Advertising management
