A well-established and dynamic organisation in the Daventry area are looking for a Repairs Planner to join their team to help support the delivery of excellent customer service whilst organising planned maintenance work, managing an effective and efficient progressive repairs service across the group.Repairs PlannerMonday to FridayPermeantDaventry based£30k-34k per yearAs a Repairs Planner, you will be carrying out the following duties: • To maintain close working relationships with Customer Services Team to deliver a seamless, efficient repairs service• To maintain and update IT systems with information relating to customers, repairs and complaints• To maintain the asset data register • To conduct customer surveys and compile results• To help support the planners with work orders• Report to management on costs of repairs/planned programme budgets• Ensuring that all financial matters are adhered to and the budget is maximised to deliver an optimum repairs service and Repairs Team incomeTo be successful as a Repairs Planner, you will have experience:• In a similar role within social housing• In a fast paced, performance-based role• In handling inbound and outbound customer interactions• In communicating information accurately, clearly and concisely• In identifying customer needs and adapt approach accordingly• In operating a variety of systems, including work planning software, CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeThe benefits of this Repairs Planner role are:• Private healthcare options• Mileage• Experience in a dynamic and reputable company • Flexible• Great opportunities to grow and developIf you are interested in this role as a Repairs Planner please apply directly to this advert with your up to date CV and we will get in touch.
