With over 60 Centres covering the UK supported by a PartsPlus team of more than 1,300, with a fleet in excess of 500 Vehicles, making over 8,000 deliveries every day.

**About the Role**

**The Mobile App Executive, **will be responsible in assisting with managing marketing programmes, communications, incentives and product promotions, with specific responsibility for the day-to-day management of the **PartsPlus Colleague and Customer mobile APPs.**

**This is a hybrid role, working from home** and attending several daily on-line meetings. The successful applicant will be expected from time to time to visit PartsPlus Centres, Mobile App and Marketing agencies and attend meetings in person either at the PartsPlus Head Office in Daventry or alternative UK locations.

**Key Activities**

**Working as part of the PartsPlus Marketing team, the Mobile App Executive will play a part in**:

- Creation and execution of all PartsPlus Marketing
- Management and administration of a wide range of various marketing programmes and incentives
- Development of new marketing programmes and sales growth actions
- Developing marketing and sales strategies
- Liaising closely with the PartsPlus Sales and Operations teams to deliver effective marketing programmes.

**Role specific Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Marketing support for the PartsPlus Colleague and Customer mobile APPs - assisting in on-going development, updating and creating content and engagement planners, issuing push notifications, processing rewards, analysing usage data for internal reporting and presentations, recommending new communications and promotions
- Developing user experience for greater engagement
- Tracking and reporting on Marketing programmes
- Reviewing and maintaining the correct user groups for Colleagues and Customers
- Assisting across all the varied marketing collateral produced by the Marketing team
- Reviewing, maintaining and developing APP process documentation
- Moderating chat discussions, comments, and engagement
- Liaising closely with all internal stakeholders, marketing agencies and the APP supplier

**Skills Required**:

- High level of attention to detail
- Very competent in English language
- Self-motivated with a flair for being creative
- ‘Team player’, able to work well at all levels of the PartsPlus team
- Well organised and able to cope with multiple tasks
- Interested in learning about the wider PartsPlus business to provide better App support
- Competent in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
- Full driving licence
