We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to provide end-to-end HR support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This hands-on role involves advising managers, supporting employees, and ensuring HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively across the organisation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full HR lifecycle, including onboarding, flexible working requests, and leave processes.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and systems.
  • Advise stakeholders on HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
  • Support line managers with performance management and employee relations.
  • Contribute to and support HR projects and initiatives.


Skills & Experience:

  • Proven HR Generalist or Senior HR Advisor experience, ideally in tech/IT.
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with immigration/visa processes is a plus.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification and degree-level education preferred.
