SimplifyHire is an innovative talent/recruitment platform that is redefining the way to engage with talent. SimplifyHire is a very sophisticated multi-tenant SAAS HR Tech product built on a complex microservices architecture. Experience working with global teams would be a big plus. Should be able to own the roadmap for the platform and be responsible for it end to end to deliver outstanding outcomes. Our clients typically are large enterprise Fortune 500/Global 2000 companies and are always seeking innovative solution that can deliver predictable outcomes.


Role & Responsibilities


As a Senior Product Manager for our talent platform, you’ll be at the forefront of driving innovation and improving the recruitment experience. Your responsibilities will span strategic planning, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our platform meets the needs of both recruiters and candidates. You’ll will be responsible for driving the overall product strategy and translate vision into actionable features. The role also requires managing 3-4 junior product managers based out of our India office.


Responsibilities:


Develop Product Strategy and Vision:

  • Develop an overall vision for the platform.
  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of product enhancements.
  • Translate strategic goals into tangible product features and enhancements.


Roadmap Ownership:

  • Build and track the product roadmap, including features, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Own the initial planning for your product and the overall talent platform.
  • Prioritize work aligned with the product vision and goals.


User-Centric Approach:

  • Collect and analyze feedback from recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Understand pain points and desires to enhance the platform features.
  • Write detailed product specifications to guide development teams.


Requirements Definition:

  • Write detailed business requirements, acceptance criteria, and user stories for features in the roadmap.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure effective execution of software projects.


Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Gain consensus and buy-in for the product strategy and roadmap from partner teams.
  • Represent and advocate for critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.


Product Launch and Adoption:

  • Drive recurring product launches, including documentation and communication.
  • Ensure timely adoption of new features and solutions.


Visibility and Alignment:

  • Engage with senior leaders to provide monthly updates on your work.
  • Continuously align your vision and implementation with senior management.


Problem Solving:

  • Identify, communicate, and prioritize issues within the platform.
  • Balance user needs and departmental requirements.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience with defining the product roadmap for an ATS, Talent, HR Tech or a Recruitment SaaS company.
  • Must be innovative thought leader looking to change the future of talent industry.
  • Strong understanding of feature delivery, trade-offs, and technology decisions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-centric mindset and passion for innovation.
