Our team strives to be impactful collaborative and customer centric and we are always looking for people who live and breathe these values.What youll be doing: Qualifying possible renters understanding what they are looking for and ultimately getting them booked in for a viewing of their dream homeClearly articulating property amenities and local area highlightsManaging customer experience; this is from initial enquiry to the viewing bookedDelivering a great experience across all communication channels; this will include calls WhatsApps and emails with our customersCross sell properties that better meet renter needs pulling the customer needs to the frontCollaborate with the B2B Sales team ensuring targets are met and landlord expectations are exceeded.Work with wider Home Made business to ensure our customers receive the best possible experience during each interaction.Upskill on new site launches quickly and efficiently to ensure immediate impact.Problem-solving when issues arise and escalating where necessary so customer queries can be resolved promptly.Have attention to detail ensuring all data/information is accurate using the appropriate system and format.About you:Experience: Minimum of 6 months in a customer-facing role.Exceptional Communication: You excel at cultivating meaningful relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Organisational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.Tech-Savvy and Curious: You enjoy staying ahead of industry trends and technologies.
