Please speak to a member of our Recruitment and Onboarding team for more information.As a Senior Specialist in our Recruitment and Onboarding team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a comprehensive recruitment and onboarding service across the business. Your dedication to the candidate experience will drive you to recruit top talent and add significant value to the organisation.This is a high-impact role supporting our Private Client Group, requiring immediate onboarding and seamless integration into ongoing recruitment activity. You’ll be responsible for managing a broad portfolio of experienced hire roles, including senior legal appointments and Partner-level recruitment. You’ll also be comfortable managing multiple, single-hire, niche roles at any one time — balancing priorities while maintaining a high-quality, tailored approach.Please note, this role is a 9 month fixed term contract.What you'll be doing: Partnering with the business to understand recruitment needs and offer expert advice and guidance.Managing end-to-end recruitment for experienced hires and Partner-level roles, particularly within the Private Client/Private Wealth legal market.Leading on headhunting and proactive candidate engagement for complex, high-value positions.Managing the offer process and collaborating with third parties, particularly agencies, to ensure an outstanding candidate experience.Working closely with the wider HR team to onboard new hires and ensure a smooth and positive transition into the business.We are seeking an individual with significant experience in in-house recruitment, talent acquisition, or agency functions, with a particular emphasis on legal recruitment at all levels.
