We are back in business and have two brand new ships joining our fleet soon. This means that our team is expanding, and we have number of opportunities for you to join us in this exciting time.

**The Role**

The **People Operations Director, Guest Experience** role is an exciting opportunity with a broad remit spanning the delivery of sourcing, recruiting, scheduling, onboarding and compliance requirements for our Fleet across our Guest ExperienceDepartment. A number of team managers will report directly to you and it will be your role to ensure that the teams are set up and managed in an effective way.

Seeking ways to continuously improve our ways of working, you will feed into the overall departmental strategy to enhance our responsiveness to the market changes. You must be prepared to influence senior stakeholders and take a lead on roll out of new initiativeswithin your area of influence.

**About You**

You must have a previous experience of managing teams in a shared services environment, ability to think creatively to deliver the most appropriate and cost-effective solutions.

A strong business acumen, coupled up with an excellent stakeholder management skills, will enable you to understand the challenges the teams need to overcome and gain credibility amongst your peers and colleagues.
