**Recruitment Consultant/ Senior Recruitment Consultant - Hybrid**

**Role**:Recruitment Consultant/ Senior Consultant **Where**: Southampton outskirts **Salary**:£25-40k basic + uncapped commission with high earning potential +++ (25% contract - 35% perm) + car allowance

Our client an established, reputable, high successful and growing specialist recruitment consultancy with an impressive client list working with some of the most reputable companies in the world are currently looking to expand their friendly and successfulteam. This company offers excellent support including high tech technology, excellent and ongoing training and mentoring from award winning recruitment industry leaders, a career plan and full marketing support to help you to be highly successful in your role.There are no KPI's - the company are output focused.

**What are we looking for?**

Previous proven experience within professional services recruitment with a successful track record would be great but is not essential. We would also like to talk to you if you have previous B2B sales experience with the ability to build effective seniorlevel relationships. You will need excellent communication skills both verbal and written, be value driven, motivated and professional in your approach.
