Carnival UK is back sailing the world, and we now have two brand new ships joining our fleet This means that our business is expanding to allow us to continue creating unforgettable holiday happiness for our guests, and we are recruiting for a **Resourcing and Onboarding Manager** to join our Fleet People Operations on a **6-month fixed term contract basis.**

**The Role**

As the Resourcing and Onboarding Manager, you are accountable for:

- Maintain Governance - over all CUK onboarding and resourcing activities. Ensure Global Talent Partners are accountable for operational delivery.
- Maintain key relationships with CSSI, 3rd party suppliers and Global Talent Partners.
- Maintain and govern all CUK resourcing and onboarding costs
- Provide support to both internal and external customers when necessary
- Effectively coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure ownership and contracting is deliberately/consciously managed and applied.
- Ensure that the quality of resourcing and onboarding is in line with expected outcomes, our employee value proposition and considers belonging and inclusion.

For at least two days a week, you’ll be based out of our fantastic offices in the heart of Southampton, less than two hours from central London. In our hybrid working environment, you can also expect to balance this with time spent working remotely everyweek.

To be considered as a Resourcing and Onboarding Manager you will also need:

- Previous recruitment experience, in hotel, tourism and/or cruise sector (desirable)
- Previous experience of managing a team
