Retail Media Executive

As Retail Media Executive you will play a key role in the development activation and measurement of the groups retail media proposition. Support the advancement of capabilities and understanding of the evolving Retail Media landscape across the business. You will be a key stakeholder in developing the vision strategy and on-going strategy of our retail media solution.You will work closely with our tech partner to develop the technical capabilities of our platform to build towards a best in market proposition.Work closely with the tech teams on the project management of new onsite and offsite solutions.Stay close to new technologies that could enhance our proposition.Work closely with our brand marketing teams to present our retail media proposition to our brand partners across the group.Work to develop the reporting framework to play back to our brand partners who utilise the platform to provide comprehensive data that encourages repeat usage.Work closely with the legal & data teams on how to incorporate our first party data into the platform.Regularly review the performance of our retail media to ensure we are working towards agreed revenue KPIs.Qualifications : Hands-on experience with retail media platformsProven ability to manage cross-functional projectsFamiliarity with developing performance metrics dashboards and reporting frameworks.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal collaboration and external presentations.Adaptability to work in a fast-evolving retail media landscape.Demonstrated ability to work with internal teams and external brand partners.Experience presenting to and influencing brand partners or clients.Awareness of emerging advertising technologies and platforms that enhance media propositions.Experience in monitoring and delivering against revenue KPIs.Additional Information : Along with your benefits package we also offer a wide range of perks for our colleagues:Reward Recognition and OpportunitiesFrasers Champion- Our employees are at the heart of our business and we ensure individuals are recognised every single month for their hard work.
