Technology Solutions EngineerWest Sussex/Hybrid£45k-£50k + bonus + benefitsAzure, C#, Python, JavaScript Solutions Engineer is required by buoyant tech house with broad technical expertise to deliver innovative solutions that enhance how technology is used across the business. This is a broad role where you will be leading projects and implementing technology solutions, working with end users, providing insights to help identify opportunities for system improvements and innovations.  Our client is seeking someone with strong technical skills who thrives on problem-solving and enjoys taking ownership of projects from start to finish.  Key Responsibilities:Business Systems Analysis & Support:
  • Support and administer business systems.
  • Engage with end users to understand processes and create requirement specifications for improvements.
  • Analyse requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements to improve operations and customer interactions.
Custom Development & Integration:
  • Develop and maintain custom software solutions.
  • Write and maintain Azure Logic Apps and code in C#, Python, and JavaScript to integrate systems and automate processes.
  • Support the development of the company website (Umbraco).
IT Infrastructure Management
  • Assist in managing the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, VMWare, networking, backups, and cloud services (Azure/Office 365).
  • Ensure data security and continuity with regular backups (Veeam) and disaster recovery planning.
  Key Requirements:
  • Proficient in software development, with experience in C#, Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and experience integrating systems.
  • Experience of web development, preferably with Umbraco/ASP.NET
  • Strong knowledge of standard IT infrastructure and systems used in medium-sized companies, including servers, networking, cloud services, and data security practices.
  • Experience with ERP systems ideal.
  • Ability to analyse business processes and identify technology-based improvements.
