Job Title: Technology Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Solutions Engineer to join our team at ARC IT Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative technology solutions that enhance our clients' business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Systems Analysis & Support:
    • Support and administer business systems to ensure seamless operations.
    • Engage with end-users to understand processes and create requirement specifications for improvements.
    • Analyse requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements to improve operations and customer interactions.
  • Custom Development & Integration:
    • Develop and maintain custom software solutions to meet our clients' specific needs.
    • Write and maintain Azure Logic Apps and code in C#, Python, and JavaScript to integrate systems and automate processes.
    • Support the development of the company website (Umbraco).
  • IT Infrastructure Management:
    • Assume responsibility for the management and maintenance of our clients' IT infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills with expertise in Azure, C#, Python, and JavaScript.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to take ownership of projects from start to finish.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with end-users and stakeholders.
