Description

Responsibilities for a Customer Service Advisor are:

  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using the right tools and methods
  • Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Communicating and coordinating with internal departments
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Taking the extra mile to engage customers

Profile

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

  • A strong customer service orientation with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, databases, and software
  • A strong team player attitude and the ability to work independently when needed
