New Business Development:o Identify and target new business opportunities within the bridging finance marketo Build and maintain a strong network of relationships with key industry stakeholderso Actively prospect and generate new leads, pursuing opportunities through direct sales, referrals, and networkingo Present bridging loan products to potential clients, explaining product benefits and providing tailored solutions to meet their specific financial needs.2. Client Relationship Management:o Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing business opportunities and repeat businesso Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, provide expert advice, and ensure they receive exceptional service throughout the loan processo Manage the entire process, from initial enquiry to deal closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients.3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:o Work closely with the underwriting and servicing teams to ensure smooth execution of deals and compliance with internal processes and regulationso Ensure effective communication between departments to ensure clients’ needs are met efficiently and that deals progress seamlessly from enquiry to completiono Assist the underwriting team in troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during the loan process.6.
