- Implement company sales and marketing strategies within the territory
- Achieve sales turnover and margin to budget (Target) for the territory
- Manage and grow the dealer business within the territory
- Achieve width and depth of all product categories with all dealers within the territory
- Manage the trade marketing activities to encourage sell-through within the dealer network.
- Gather market and competitor intelligence
- An experienced account manager, preferably with experience building dealer networks.
- Success in this role will be heavily based on the ability to build long term relationships so excellent communication skills are essential.
- A team player who is able to work independently and has a self starter attitude
- Commercially astute, numerate and with an appreciation for pricing, costs and profitability
- Shows initiative and a desire for development
- Willingness to travel extensively across the territory so full UK driving licence is essential
