Job Summary:

The Compliance Administrator is responsible for organising and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure effectiveness and efficiency along with daily support to the Head of Facilities. This position is hybrid with Monday- Thursday in office and Friday at home.


The Compliance Administrator reports to the Head of Facilities of ICG.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the organisation of internal and external meetings and events
  • Organising domestic staff travel (flights, accommodation and transfers)
  • Recording company credit cards spend and expenses
  • ID badges - print and post ID badges, timesheets etc. to external candidates as requested.
  • Ordering uniforms for candidates, sending from both the office and portal – keeping necessary stock count updates and managing queries.
  • Update and record badge and uniform distribution
  • General office orders – for stationery, groceries, and PPE etc.
  • Arrange IT Kit distribution & IT Kit collection, document delivered and collected items
  • Online orders for the teams and candidates as requested, flowers, birthday cookies etc.
  • End of week meeting preparation
  • Arranging couriers, process incoming and outgoing post
  • General office administration

  • Attention to detail
  • Administration experience is advantageous, but not required
