Our client is a globally recognised food business that have a long-standing history of successful production and supply across the world within brand and private label. This brand is in an exciting category, with lots of opportunity for growth.
They want individuals that are passionate about winning hearts and minds of the consumer, whilst continuing to develop some of the best customer partnerships known in the foodservice industry.
The role
As the Sales Director for UK and Ireland you will develop and shape our client’s business/brand in the region to spearhead a sustainable food production business, positioned for accelerated growth with the necessary commercial and supply chain capabilities in place. You will lead and manage negotiations at a senior level, whilst developing and executing the customer’s specific strategy to deliver against business and customer objectives. There is huge growth potential across the food service industry, so someone with a first-class strategy in this area is essential for the continued development of this incredible brand.
The ideal fit:
- Have experience in a Sales Director/Head of role or equivalent
- Experience across foodservice, ideally on an international scale
- Affinity with Marketing and Finance is preferred
- Excited about working with a brand that’s growing
- Able to work with others, be part of a team and develop your own
- Committed to sustainability and a ‘greener planet’
- Roll your sleeves up character
- Likes being part of transformation and change
- Be comfortable with ambiguity and a fast paced environment

Location : Remote
Salary : £130-150k plus benefits package.
