Senior PMO Manager – Transformation/Change - Midlands Based
Up to 75k – Birmingham based office – however home-working & some travel to sites expected
Senior PMO Manager required for a large-scale organisation that is progressing through an exciting transformation of it’s systems and technology. As a result, an experienced PMO Manager is required to join the team to establish and operate an enterprise wide PMO & Governance framework. Along with the ability to think across the large-scale programme as a whole & interact with senior stakeholders.
Ideally you will be an experienced PMO Manager that is looking for a challenging role in transformation & change, and will be happy to travel to sites when required.
Role overview:
- Establish and maintain project governance structures, ensuring alignment with organisational standards & practices.
- Develop & manage project documentation, including project plans, schedules, risk registers & status reports
- Ensure effective integration and alignment of workstream activities with overall project objectives.
- Identify and allocate project resources, ensuring optimal utilisation & capacity planning.
- Proactively identify, assess & mitigate project risks & issues.
Salary
The salary/package for this position is up to £75,000 per annum plus excellent benefits and bonus.
