Senior PMO Manager – Birmingham

Hybrid working – Salary: £60,000 – 75,000

Crimson is seeking a Senior PMO Manager to establish and oversee the Project Management Office (PMO) within the Enterprise Change Function. This pivotal role aims to ensure robust governance, successful project execution, and alignment with the company's transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish the PMO function, ensuring effective governance and project management processes are implemented.
  • Create, develop, and implement the PMO structure, governance, and processes to ensure efficient program and project delivery across the organisation.
  • Develop and sustain project management frameworks, tools, and templates to standardize project execution.
  • Ensure the PMO aligns with the organisation's change strategy and delivers measurable business results.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to foster understanding and gain support for the PMO's goals.
  • Develop strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective communication and engagement around transformation projects.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring the PMO's activities are aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience in setting up and leading a PMO function within a large, complex organization, ideally on a global scale.
  • Strong background in project and programme management, with a proven ability to deliver large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • In-depth knowledge of change management methodologies and their implementation in a large, culturally diverse organisation.
