Senior PMO Manager

Crimson is seeking a highly experienced Senior PMO Manager to join our team in Birmingham. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for setting up and overseeing the Project Management Office (PMO) within our Enterprise Change Function.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project and programme management, with a proven ability to deliver large-scale transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for establishing the PMO function, ensuring effective governance and project management processes are implemented, and developing and sustaining project management frameworks, tools, and templates to standardize project execution.
Key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring the PMO aligns with the organisation's change strategy and delivers measurable business results.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation to foster understanding and gain support for the PMO's goals.
- Developing strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective communication and engagement around transformation projects.
- Serving as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring the PMO's activities are aligned with the overall business strategy.
