Social Media/Content Creation - Oxford / £35K - £45K


On the hunt for a Social media/content creator to join a team within the IT industry. You will be responsible for developing and implementing their social media strategy in order to increase their online presence and improve their marketing and sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with their objectives.
  • Create engaging content, including copy, graphics, and videos, adhering to brand guidelines and audience preferences.
  • Stay current with industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging technologies.
  • Write and publish case studies and blogs that highlight industry trends, company updates, and product insights.
  • Regularly update the website with fresh content to enhance SEO and user engagement.
  • Collaborate with partners to plan and execute joint social media campaigns.
  • Utilize partner resources and networks to extend the reach and effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyse social media metrics to guide strategy and report on performance.
  • Continuously evaluate competitors’ social media activities to identify opportunities for improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a B2B environment, ideally within the technology sector.
  • Expertise in managing social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
  • Proficient in reporting social media KPIs, analysing results, and making actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and social copywriting skills.
  • Skilled in videography, photography, editing, and animation.
  • Experience in both paid and organic social media strategies.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in using Canva is essential.
  • Experience with Umbraco is desirable.
