**About Us**: We are a small, well-established restaurant group based in Oxford, serving up to 10K guests per week. We are known for our commitment to casual excellence, fresh menus, exceptional service, and vibrant dining experiences.

**The Role**: This is a brand-new role and a great opportunity for someone to make it their own. As our creative thinking Social Media anchor, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. You will work closely with our restaurant managers to create engaging content, build brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our restaurant identities.
- Create compelling content, including photos, videos, and written posts, to showcase our restaurants, menu offerings, promotions, and events.
- Manage all social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring analytics to track performance.
- Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and local media to amplify our online presence and reach new audiences.
- Stay current with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to enhance our digital marketing efforts continuously.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the hospitality or food industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and tools to measure performance and optimize content strategy.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work independently.
- Passion for food, hospitality, and storytelling, with a genuine enthusiasm for sharing our restaurant experiences with our online community.
- Able to work some evenings and weekends to capture content.

**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year
