Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a well established company based in Leatherhead, who have an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
The company are very well known in their industry, and they are a friendly, busy team. They have future growth plans, and are looking for a switched on individual with strong Customer Service and Administration skills.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Responding to phone calls and emails from customers
- Processing customer orders
- Maintaining accurate records using various systems
- Supporting the sales team with various administrative tasks
- Prioritising tasks and ensuring that deadlines are achieved
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Educated to minimum GCSE (or equivalent) grade C / 5 or above in Maths and English
- Previous experience within a customer focused role
- Strong administrative skills
- Attention to detail is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
The company offer a competitive salary of up to £27,000 plus benefits. The role is fully office based, Monday to Friday.
