Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
ESP Utilities Group Ltd is seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a key member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing administrative support, and ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner.
- Proactively call vulnerable customers to support them in the event of power loss.
- Liaise with sub-contractors and customers to arrange the delivery of sub-contracted works.
- Coordinate compensation payments to customers who have experienced loss of power in accordance with industry standards.
- Take ownership of service-related issues and handle them in a confident and professional manner.
- Provide administrative support to customers through the asset adoption process.
Requirements:
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
