Flight Data AnalystOn site 5 days/Shift pattern (weekends, evenings, and bank holidays)£30,000 - £37,500 + OvertimeCapgemini are looking to recruit a Flight Data Analyst to join our team based in Brize Norton.Need to be within 45 min commute of Brize Norton.Job PurposeSupport A400M maintenance by capturing and transferring maintenance information into the Maintenance Data System (MDS) generated by Part 145 during missions. This includes the period before aircraft departure until its return to the base, with weekly reports produced and sent to Part 145 to ensure all maintenance activities meet airworthiness standards.Key ResponsibilitiesEnter retrospective data on MDS, including:Closing work ordersEntering SRPs date and time as signed off by engineersCreating and closing logbook entriesOpening ADFs and/or OOPsInputting flight ground test dataDeferring logbook entry work ordersIntroducing servicing reports into MDS systemPerforming equipment transactionsSend weekly reports to Part 145 with the maintenance planReport and escalate any system issues to relevant individualsGeneral administration tasksSupport essential maintenance activities for live flight events, including on-call responsibilities during evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, in a 24/7 rolling rota.Essential Skills and QualificationsProficient in Microsoft OfficeMethodical attention to detailTeamwork skillsAbility to work under pressureQuick learnerAdministrative/technical background desirableSecurity Clearance or eligibility requiredMust hold a driving licenseMust live within 45 minutes of Brize NortonGood report writing skillsDesirable Skills and QualificationsExperience with MDSAircraft maintenance experience, including Part 145 and Part M, is advantageousExperience with information or data management software toolsTraining ProvidedComprehensive training will be provided on the use of the Maintenance Data System (MDS)On-the-job training and shadowing experienced team membersSupportive environment to help new employees quickly adapt to their roles and responsibilities
