Operations Associate

Hours - Full Time, Permanent- 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday

Salary - £11.50 Per Hour

Location - Ramsgate

We are currently seeking an Warehouse Operative to support a large team, working for an innovative eCommerce brand dedicated to enhancing mental wellbeing and health outcomes for people with diabetes globally. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, conscientious, and a kind individual. You will be a self-starter who thrives both independently and in a collaborative team environment. Your strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack orders with precision and attention to detail
  • Plan your schedule and monitor stock levels to ensure timely production under our print-on-demand model
  • Work effectively as part of our team, helping colleagues when needed
  • Assist with cutting and wicking materials, packing orders, and ensuring all orders are dispatched on time
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements
  • Keep track of inventory and proactively manage tasks
  • Follow all standard operating procedures, instructions, and health and safety policies
  • Maintain open communication, prioritise wellbeing, and ask questions to ensure clarity and efficiency
  • Operate all site equipment safely
  • Keep your workspace tidy and organised, recommending layout changes to enhance efficiency
  • Perform any other tasks as reasonably required

Requirements

  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
  • £11.50 per hour, with ample overtime opportunities at the base rate, as agreed with the MD
