£26,000 + uncapped commission (OTE £70K)

This well established business has been operating for over 20 years and not only do they sell a fantastic and much needed product, they also support charities and schools throughout the UK. They work with hundreds of thousands of businesses and have been growing year on year

The role

They are currently going through an exciting period of growth and are looking to expand their existing New Business team with an additional member. In this role you will be responsible for contacting and understanding the needs of new clients, discussing the product they need which is essential to their business and the industry they are in. This is NOT a telesales role and every call will be different. Taking time to ask the right information and take relevant details is essential. Following calls you will then put together a detailed quote accessing tools and resources in order for you to cost the product accordingly.

The reward

Not only will you receive monthly commission which is uncapped, you will also have the opportunity to work towards promotions and develop and progress your career at your own speed. Full training is given in this role along with regular coaching and support from a highly experienced team.

You

A natural communicator, you will be confident in engaging with people, fact finding and offering the right level of service to clients. Candidates from a B2B sales background have been successful in this role and are enjoying regular commission and recognition for their achievements.
