Position: Internal Account Executive - Commercial Insurance
Salary: £30,000 + Bonus
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Stride Resource Management Ltd is seeking to expand its commercial team with the addition of two Internal Account Executives specializing in Commercial Insurance. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established firm with over 50 years of experience in the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recognize and pursue sales opportunities by effectively presenting the advantages and key features of our services to secure new business.
- Generate new business leads and maintain a proactive approach to client engagement.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve and surpass company targets by continuously seeking new revenue-generating opportunities.
- Identify and leverage cross-selling and upselling opportunities to enhance customer value and increase revenue.
- Accurately input and maintain client data within our systems.
- Provide detailed statistics and reports for performance analysis.
Candidate Profile:
- A self-motivated individual with a collaborative mindset to support team objectives in both new business and renewals.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in Motor Insurance is preferred but not mandatory.
- Comfortable interacting with clients through various communication channels.
- Must be located within a commutable distance to Tunbridge Wells.
