We are looking for a therapist join our expanding Therapeutic Team to cover our school in Kent.

What youll get to do
● Manage your own caseload of schools to provide high levels of support and consultation for operational colleagues
● Provide therapeutic advice and guidance to teams to enable them to support young people throughout their journey with Horizon
● To be responsible for assessments, goal setting, and recommendations for therapeutic support for your own caseload.
● To develop, write and regularly reviewupdate therapeutic goals for children and young people in education.
● To develop and contribute to the delivery of therapeutic and psychological training to all staff in the organisation as part of the Therapeutic Academy.

What were looking for from you
● HCPC registered.
● BACP, BABCP, UKCP accredited
● BScMSc registered ArtMusicPlay Therapist or Psychotherapist, We will accept Nearly qualified.
● Experience of working with Children and Young People or relevant demonstrable transferable skills
● A desire to support services through embedding therapeutic practice
● Experience of teaching, training andor supervision.
● Well-developed skills in the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing
● Ability to work autonomously with the support from individual and peer supervision
● Ability to role model behaviours and attitudes in line with organisational values
● A sound understanding of Microsoft Office components, including knowledge of Excel, Teams and SharePoint
● Full UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle
